Not necessarily, our standard pricing covers your entire property up to 1/2 acre (front, back, and side yards combined). However, we recognize that most homes will only have us service the backyard. So, we automatically begin there, if your home requires additional areas please let us know before we arrive.
*If your property is larger than 1/2 acre or you're unsure, please reach out to us for a custom quote before purchasing a plan online so we can ensure accurate pricing for your space!
You bet — we scoop all year long, rain, shine, or snow ❄️. When heavy snow is on the ground, our service area may shift a bit so we can stay efficient. That usually means focusing on the main high-use spot, often the backyard, even if we normally service your whole property. This helps you keep a dependable cleanup going all winter long.
We prioritize both the cleanliness and safety. We rigorously clean all of our equipment and shoes between visits using kennel grade disinfectants. This ensures that each visit is as sanitary as possible and that no harmful pathogens are transferred between properties.
Our online pricing is built for standard residential properties up to 1/2 acre. Determining your price is as easy as 1-2-3:
Lot Size: Ensure your total service area is 1/2 acre or less.
Pups: Select your number of dogs on our residential pricing page.
Schedule: Choose how often you want us to clear the yard.
Whatever you enter for dogs and frequency will determine your final monthly price. Have a larger property? Just reach out to us before purchasing so we can provide a quick, accurate quote for your space!
Nope! All our plans are month-to-month—no strings attached. You can cancel anytime through your account or by contacting support. Just a quick note: once we’ve done the first cleanup of a billing cycle, that month isn’t refundable. Canceling stops all future charges right away. Simple and hassle-free!
We take all bagged collected waste off-site to be disposed of properly at a waste management facility.
We love dogs! 🐾 For safety and efficiency, we prefer your furry friends hang out in a designated area while we work. If your pup is friendly and non-aggressive, we’re happy to scoop with them around. For yard deodorization, though, we ask that all dogs stay inside until the yard dries (about 15–20 minutes). This keeps your pup safe and ensures the deodorizer works its magic. Thanks for understanding!
Once you purchase a cleaning service, (one-time or monthly plan), we will contact you to schedule our visit. If you have a particular day in mind, (Mon - Fri), that works best for you, we will try our best to make it work within our current scheduling. If your desired day isn't available; we will work with you to schedule it for a day that works for both you and us!
Because outdoor work can be unpredictable, we can’t promise an exact arrival time. Instead, you'll receive an 'on the way' text or email 15 to 60 minutes before we arrive. Our standard service window is between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM on your scheduled day, which means you can expect your arrival notification anytime between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
We provide a bucket and line it with a trash bag. We will stop by once per week to collect the pet waste, clean and sanitize the bucket, and replenish the bucket with a new trash liner.
This is great for people whom pickup after their dogs; either from taking them on walks, or manage the yard cleanup on their own, but would prefer not to have a week's worth of poop bags sitting in their garbage can.
After making an offer of employment, We screen potential new hires through the highly regarded 3rd party background check company Checkr. We do this at the hiring phase and periodically throughout an employee's tenure with us to ensure that the person visiting your home is in alignment with our standards of safety and responsibility.
We accept cash payments for one-time services only, and payment must be collected before service begins. To keep things clear and secure, only the owner or management can accept cash.
If you'd like to book a one-time visit using cash, please contact us directly by phone or email instead of using our online checkout.
*We do not accept cash for our monthly plans which require a card on file for auto pay.
Our base pricing includes one dog. Each additional dog adds $20.00 to your monthly plan. If you add or remove a dog from your household, your plan pricing will automatically adjust by $20.00 starting the following month.

The service area is larger than 1/2 acre
The yard has gone 2+ weeks without regular poop removal (professionally or otherwise)
This one-time fee accounts for the heavy accumulation of waste and/or the extra time needed to get your property to a maintenance level.
Yes, it does! We use a common-sense approach to removing pet waste, not wizardry. We are pet waste specialists, not landscapers, so we only scoop surface-level, unobstructed piles. We cannot move heavy leaves, tall weeds, or yard debris to hunt for hidden waste.
To ensure you get the excellent service you're paying for, we highly recommend keeping your grass cut to 5 inches or shorter and keeping the yard as leaf-free as possible.
No, our pricing cannot be adjusted down for smaller yards. Our flat-rate residential pricing is designed to cover everything from a small townhome lot up to a 1/2-acre property. From there, your price is strictly based on your number of dogs and frequency of service.
Whatever payment method you use for your initial signup (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, etc.) will be automatically charged each month on your anniversary date. To ensure uninterrupted service, payments must be processed successfully. In the event of a missed or declined payment, your service will be temporarily paused and will resume once your account balance is brought current.
Moving? We’ve got you covered! If your new home is within our service area, we can easily transfer your recurring plan. Here is what to expect:
Your Day May Change: Your scheduled service day might adjust based on your new location and our local routing.
Your Price Stays the Same: Your flat-rate pricing won't change—unless your new property's service area is larger than 1/2 acre, in which case we’ll adjust your rate.
Absolutely! Life happens—whether you’re moving or just don’t need us anymore. You can cancel anytime. Just a heads-up: once a billing cycle starts and we’ve done the first cleanup, we can’t refund that month. But don’t worry, canceling stops all future visits and autopay. Easy as that!
For properties that have service areas totaling 1/2 acre or less, we provide instant pricing on our residential pricing page! Simply select your number of dogs and desired frequency of visits to see your price instantly.

*Hennepin & Ramesy Counties; unfortunately, we are only able to travel to the metro area for one-time cleanups. The pricing is the same, with an additional travelling fee of $40 per visit.
Example: A one-time one dog clean up is $100 normally. Traveling to the metro incurs an
additional $40 fee; making the price $140 for the visit.
We are based in Olmsted County, and we primarily service our local and neighboring communities. Because these areas are within our daily coverage zone, we can easily offer them both one-time and recurring services.
While we are happy to travel to Hennepin and Ramsey Counties for one-time cleanups, the distance prevents us from providing the consistent, reliable schedule required for recurring visits.
Commercial pricing is based on three factors: service area(s) size, average time it takes a tech to service that area, & frequency of visits. We use this approach to promote fair and consistent pricing for our commercial clients.
Yes, whether your commercial property already has pet waste stations, or if you need new ones from us we can maintain them for you.

In short, no. However; if one of the following is true to you situation then yes the $100 one-time cleanup fee will apply.
The service area(s) of your property are at least one acre or more
The maintenance of the pet waste in your yard hasn't been kept for a period of the last 14+ days.
Our one-time cleanups are flat-rate prices designed to reflect the extra time and labor it takes to clear heavy, accumulated waste. For properties with a total service area of 1/2 acre or less, your price is determined purely by the options selected on our checkout page.
Properties Over 1/2 Acre: If your service area is larger than 1/2 acre, an additional fee of up to $100 may apply.

Yes! We always provide our customers with proof of bagged collected waste and proof of their gate(s) being shown as returned shut and latched upon exit as it was upon our arrival to your property.
